Jelliff's Maple

In 2013 we started talking about a larger evaporator.  Over the next year and a half during our discussions we realized that our opportunity to grow was larger than we realized.  In April 2015 we ordered a gas fired CDL 3' X 12' evaporator. That summer we started clearing the construction site, the following pictures provide a snap shot of this project from beginning to.....well, is it ever really done?  Not in the Maple Syrup business!

All of the work was done by the Jelliff family with help from friends and neighbors!
